This Returns & Refunds Policy explains how to return products purchased from Rebecca Cosmetic.

1. Change of mind
If you change your mind, you may request a return of unused, unopened products in original sellable condition within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, email admin@rebeccacosmetic.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
2. Hygiene and opened products
For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used personal-care products (including skincare, haircare, body care and SPF) cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described.
3. Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, contact us promptly at admin@rebeccacosmetic.com. Please include your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with your consumer rights.
4. Return condition
Returned items should be:
- unused and unopened (for change-of-mind returns)
- in original packaging where possible
- accompanied by proof of purchase / order number
5. Return shipping
For approved change-of-mind returns, return postage is generally the customer’s responsibility unless we state otherwise. If the return is due to our error or a faulty product, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm whether a refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. Original shipping fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns unless required by law.
7. Non-returnable items
Unless faulty or not as described, the following are generally non-returnable:
- opened or used cosmetic / personal-care products
- gift cards or digital products, if offered
- items damaged after delivery due to misuse
8. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights as a consumer under applicable law.
