2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your country) to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Products and descriptions
We take care to present product information accurately, including ingredients, directions and images. Slight differences in colour or packaging may occur due to screen display or manufacturer updates. Cosmetic products are for external use only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. Always follow the label and seek professional advice if you have skin concerns or allergies.
4. Prices and currency
Prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise stated and include applicable VAT where required. We may change prices at any time before you complete checkout. The price charged is the price displayed when you place the order.
5. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order (for example due to stock, pricing error, suspected fraud or shipping restrictions). A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and refund any payment taken.
6. Payment
Payment is due at checkout through the methods shown on the site. By paying, you confirm you are authorised to use the selected payment method. Orders may be held for verification before dispatch.
7. Shipping and delivery
Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are approximate only. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery (or when collected, if collection is offered). If a parcel is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address you provided, you may be responsible for re-delivery costs.
8. Cancellations, returns and refunds
If you change your mind, unused and unopened products in original condition may be returned in line with our returns policy and applicable consumer law. For hygiene reasons, opened personal-care products generally cannot be returned unless faulty or not as described.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items should be reported to admin@rebeccacosmetic.com promptly with your order number and photos where helpful. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within a reasonable time after we receive and inspect the return.
9. Promotions
Discount codes and promotions are subject to their stated conditions and may be withdrawn at any time. Only one promotional code may usually be applied per order unless we state otherwise.
10. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Please tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
11. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including branding, product names, text, images and design — is owned by or licensed to Rebecca Cosmetic. You may not copy, modify or distribute site content for commercial use without our prior written permission.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, scrape content at scale, or submit unlawful, abusive or fraudulent content.
13. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, to the fullest extent permitted by law:
- our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control
